A strategy is only valuable if it is effectively implemented within the system. With my background as an engineer and a Master’s degree in Business, I see myself as a pragmatic implementer who keeps an eye on the bigger picture without neglecting the finer details of execution.
In over two decades working at the interface between business and IT, I have learnt one thing: the success of a project does not depend on the complexity of the technology, but on the clarity of the process and its direct implementation.
I’m not just a consultant who comes up with concepts. I’m the partner who rolls up my sleeves, analyses processes and personally implements solutions that deliver measurable value.
